Addressing Your PMXtra Concerns

Dear PMX Viewers,

My name is Richard Q, General Manager of MG Digital Media Ltd, the company behind the digital services powering PMXtra. I'm writing to you today to personally address the recent concerns raised regarding the introduction of pay-per-view on our platform.

Transparency and Communication

First and foremost, I want to apologize for the abrupt rollout of pay-per-view on May 10th. We understand the frustration caused by the lack of prior communication. This wasn't ideal, and I take full responsibility. Moving forward, we're committed to open communication and will provide clear and timely updates on any significant changes.

Investing in Your Entertainment

The decision to implement pay-per-view for our global audience wasn't an easy one. However, delivering the high-quality content consistently via digital streaming platforms as you've come to expect on PMXtra requires significant resources. Pay-per-view allows us to invest in even more stable streaming quality while ensuring the platform's long-term sustainability.

Addressing Global Pricing

We've heard loud and clear your concerns about the pricing for viewers outside Ghana. I want to assure you that we're actively working on a solution. Our goal is to offer a more localized pricing structure that better reflects regional costs. This is a complex process, but we're dedicated to finding a fair solution for our global audience. Please see below a simple table of our pricing to be implemented 11 May 2024 at 10:00 GMT;

* - Season Pass cost is calculated automatically based on the number of days left for the Season to end. When it is left with less than a month for the season to end, Season Pass shall be disabled.

Please note that sharing screen-recordings and also streaming the show illegally on any platform (including but not limited to Facebook; Twitter/X, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube and others) is a direct violation of our copyright and legal terms and offenders might be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
