Perfect Match Xtra Free Trial

This Addendum ("Addendum") supplements the existing Terms of Use ("Terms") of MG Digital Media Ltd ("MG Digital") for the website https://pmxtra.tv ("Website") and outlines the terms and conditions governing the Perfect Match Xtra Free Trial ("Free Trial"). By participating in the Free Trial, you agree to be bound by this Addendum in addition to the Terms.

1. Eligibility:
  • The Free Trial is available to new users of the Website who have not previously activated a free trial for Perfect Match Xtra.
  • Users must be 18 years of age or older and reside in a location where the Website is accessible.
  • MG Digital reserves the right to determine eligibility and may refuse or revoke the Free Trial at its discretion.
2. Activation and Duration:
  • To activate the Free Trial, users must sign in to their account on the Website.
  • The Free Trial grants access to Perfect Match Xtra content for three (3) consecutive days from the time of activation.
  • No payment is required to activate or participate in the Free Trial.
3. Limitations:
  • Each account is limited to one (1) Free Trial.
  • The Free Trial cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
  • MG Digital may modify or terminate the Free Trial at any time without prior notice.
4. Termination:
  • The Free Trial will automatically terminate after three (3) days.
  • Users may cancel the Free Trial at any time by contacting MG Digital customer support.
  • MG Digital may terminate the Free Trial if a user violates the Terms or this Addendum.
5. Post-Trial:
  • Upon termination of the Free Trial, users will no longer have access to Perfect Match Xtra content unless they subscribe to a paid plan.
  • MG Digital may offer special promotions or discounts to Free Trial users who choose to subscribe.
6. Liability:
  • MG Digital is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the Free Trial or its termination.
  • Users are responsible for any data charges or fees incurred during the Free Trial.
7. Governing Law:
  • This Addendum is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
8. Entire Agreement:
  • This Addendum, along with the Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between the user and MG Digital regarding the Free Trial.
9. Modifications:
  • MG Digital may modify this Addendum at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Website.

By participating in the Free Trial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Addendum and the Terms.
