PMX Points | Addendum to Terms of Use

This PMX Points Addendum ("Addendum") supplements the existing Terms of Use ("Terms"). By accessing and using the PMX Points functionality on the PMXtra.tv, you agree to be bound by both the Terms and this Addendum.

1. PMX Points

PMX Points are a virtual currency earned by users on the Platform. You can earn points by:

• Subscribing to a viewing package
• Voting for contestants in eviction polls (subject to availability)
• In the future, commenting using the livestream chat (subject to implementation)

2. Earning and Redeeming Points

• The only way to earn points currently is through subscriptions and contestant votes.
• Commenting functionality and points associated with it are subject to future implementation.
• Points cannot be purchased or transferred between users.

3. Redeeming Points

PMX Points can be redeemed within a week of earning them in two ways:

1. Cashback: Convert 1000 points to 9.99 Ghana cedis. This has a minimum redemption threshold of 1000 points. The converted amount will be credited to your account within 24–48 hours.
2. Votes: Convert points to vote for your favourite contestant in eviction polls (subject to availability). Every 1000 points equals 99 votes. There is no minimum redemption for votes.

4. Point Expiration

All PMX Points not converted before 9:30 PM GMT on Saturdays will be forfeited due to the weekly system reset.

5. Integration with Terms of Use

These PMX Points terms are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall PMXtra.tv Terms of Use. In the case of any conflict between these terms and the main Terms of Use, these PMX Points terms shall prevail.

6. Disclaimer

MG Digital Media Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the PMX Points system with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss of points due to system resets, technical issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
